Gathering Volumes

Denise Phillips

denise@gatheringvolumes.com

Gathering Volumes is pleased to celebrate Mary Stockwell's latest book release for "Interrupted Odyssey: Ulysses S. Grant and the American Indians" on September 12 at 6 pm!
About the Book: In this first book devoted to the genesis, failure, and lasting legacy of Ulysses S. Grant and the American Indians reveals the bravery and foresight of the eighteenth president in saying that Indians must be saved and woven into the fabric of American life.

Tutor Doctor NW Ohio is a locally (Perrysburg) owned franchise business providing in home one on one tutoring for students from K - 12th grades using their current school curriculum. My tutors consist of college students (must be in 2nd year and carry at least a 3.0 GPA), Grad students and retired teachers. All my tutors are employees of Tutor Doctor and are certified in both our tutoring skills program along with our X-Skills program and have completed a criminal background check.
It is crazy how fast our summer disappeared! With the new school year upon us there is a lot of things going on with our children as they settle into their new classrooms and teachers. If your student is struggling with the thoughts of the upcoming workload we can help! My tutors will come into your home around your schedule to help your students cope and conquer any academic struggles they may be facing. We also work with time management through our X-Skills program.
It is also a great time to set up Juniors and Seniors for ACT/SAT test prep sessions. With late October & Early December test date for ACT and Early October & early November test dates for the SAT now is the time to get sessions scheduled (for best results sessions should run for 6 weeks, working 6 weeks back from test date). We offer one on one in home sessions using both a booklet and computer program giving us great results for our students.
If you are interested, please contact us at 419-951-0682 or email me at brickman@tutordoctor.com to schedule an in-home no cost consultation to go over the program.
