PRIZM opens 3rd Annual Junior High Art Exhibition

PRIZM Creative Community continues to highlight the work of community programs in the area with The 3rd Annual Perrysburg Junior High School Art Exhibition. More than 50 pieces of art by 7th & 8th graders from the art classes of Maura Amato and Meghan Yarnell will be on display at Way Public Library (101 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg). The work will be available for viewing from Saturday, April 21 to Tuesday, May 22 in the downstairs gallery during normal business hours. In addition to sharing the talents of local residents, part of the purpose behind this art exhibition is to promote community involvement among young artists and expose them to professional gallery experience. Items on display include two-dimensional and three-dimensional art in such mediums as tempera, watercolor, ceramics and colored pencil.
