Prevention Panel focusing on the Opioid Crisis

Wood County Prosecutor Paul Dobson and Perrysburg Schools will present a Prevention Panel led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation focusing on the opioid crisis on Thursday, March 15 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Hull Prairie Intermediate School (25480 Hull Prairie Road). The event is free and all members of the community are encouraged to attend.
In addition to Wood County Prosecutor Paul Dobson, the panel will include representatives from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who will show an excerpt from the documentary “Chasing the Dragon.” After the viewing, the panelists will discuss the opioid crisis, addressing the following questions:
• How bad is it?
• How did we get here?
• How do I keep my family safe?
• Where do we go from here?
PASA Teen Board, Perrysburg Police Department, Wood County Educational Service Center – School and Community Based Alcohol/Drug Prevention Program and Wood County Opiate Task Force will also be included in the event.
